Description	Position: Physical Therapist (long-term sub) Location: Districtwide Summary: The Wakefield Public Schools is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to cover a short-term absense. Coverage will start on Tuesday Feb 27, 2024 and will end on Friday April 12, 2024. This posiiton is for 3 days per week. Duties / Responsibilites: provide direct services for students on IEPs who require Physical Therapy as a related service provide consultation to IEP teams conduct PT evaluations, as needed, and report on findings at IEP Team meeeting track progress towards students' IEP goals and objectives/benchmarks write Progress Reports, as needed
